On Feb 28th, 2018 it was announced that BionX company went into receivership and the company is temporarily shut down while they seek new ownership.
The transition process of establishing new owners may take up to 100 days to complete.
I recently purchased an OHM or am thinking about purchasing and I'm worried about the ongoing serviceability of the Bionx system:
For customers who purchased bikes in the last 30 days and customers purchasing bikes now, we are extending our return policy to 90 days from date of purchase in good faith until there is a definitive answer of the new ownership of Bionx and the ongoing service policy.
In this meantime, OHM is continuing to provide service for our bikes and the BionX system from our our inventory.
